WHAT IS CME?
Continuing Medical Education (CME) courses at OPC consist of educational activities which serve to maintain, develop, or increase the knowledge, skills, and professional performance and relationships that a physician uses to provide osteopathic medicine for patients, the public, or to the profession.
The faculty of OPC’s CME programs is comprised of some of the most well-known and skilled teachers in the profession. All of the current faculty were handpicked and trained in the unique osteopathic approach developed by Viola M. Frymann, DO, one of the nation’s leading osteopathic physicians and a direct student of Dr. Sutherland, the founder of cranial osteopathy. This program is administered by OPC and many of the faculty have been teaching for OPC for more than 20 years.
